We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Negotiation Professional to join our team at a reputable Estate Agency in Milton. In this role, you will assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiries to property viewings and negotiations.
Your key duties will include:
- Conducting property viewings and providing information to potential buyers
- Negotiating offers and facilitating the end-to-end sales process
- Communicating with buyers, vendors, and solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a customer-focused role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong administration and computer skills
- A full driving license with own transport
