About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Holdcroft Motor Group. As a Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and assisting them in finding the perfect vehicle.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each model.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Utilise your strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure customer commitment.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships.
  • Efficiently manage customer inquiries and follow up on leads to drive sales conversions.

About You

  • You have a passion for the motor industry and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You are highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and have a clean driving record.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is between £17,000 - £50,000 OTE (uncapped). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a highly competitive commission structure, opportunities for professional growth and career advancement, and a supportive and collaborative work environment.
