SolviT Recruitment LTD invites applications from skilled Car Sales Professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Job

This is a permanent position with a salary of £22k, plus uncapped commission earnings potentially reaching up to £45k. You will work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, and Saturdays 10am-6pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct customers in a professional manner
  • Discuss vehicle selections and provide detailed information on features and benefits
  • Closing deals and meeting sales targets

Requirements and Skills

  • At least 1 year's experience in used car sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • FCA Accreditation (or hold existing qualification) and a full UK driving licence
