The Solution Automotive is seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our successful used car team in Stoke on Trent area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience within the automotive industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure and meet targets. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve sales targets by engaging with customers and building strong relationships.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including sales performance and customer interactions.
  • To work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  • A full UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary of £32k per annum, with an uncapped OTE of up to £48k per annum.
  • Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm
    Saturdays: 10am - 6pm
    Sundays: 10am - 4pm
    Two days off during the week and weekends included.
