Overview:
Glen Callum Associates is a leading supplier of automotive parts in the UK market. We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team and play a vital role in the successful operation of our business.

Job Description:
This is a field-based position, requiring travel throughout the UK with overnight stays. You will need a valid UK driving license and excellent planning and negotiation skills. Your ability to influence customer behavior will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers across the aftermarket.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities through analysis of market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and ensure effective communication of company news and updates to customers.

Requirements:
• Strong experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive aftermarket.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
