Field Sales Solutions is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth in grocery stores through building strong relationships with key decision makers.

This role is focused on increasing brand visibility, display, and availability in Tesco, Sainsbury's, ASDA, and Morrisons stores.

The ideal candidate will have excellent sales data analysis skills, be confident in approaching key decision makers, and enjoy identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales.

As a Retail Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building best-in-class relationships with key decision makers to drive sales growth
  • Using sales data to approach key decision makers and effectively engage and influence
  • Identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales
  • Responsible for your own geographical area and the stores within it

Requirements include:

  • An ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent at building relationships and negotiating
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to work autonomously, using your time effectively and planning efficiently
  • A passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio
  • A full clean UK driving licence
