We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Receptionist to join our team at Knightsbridge Recruitment - Angela Mortimer Plc Group. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.

Key responsibilities will include managing the meeting room booking system, answering the phone, and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer on office projects. You will also be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing posts, arranging couriers, and maintaining the general housekeeping of the office.

We are looking for an individual with previous office/administrative experience, preferably in financial services. You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a professional and ambitious attitude. If you are confident, well-presented, and can work well in a team, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have front-of-house reception experience, as well as general office admin experience. You will need to be unflappable, a clear communicator, and able to work flexibly and proactively.
