We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our award-winning business exhibitions portfolio team at House Recruiting.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example and being the point of contact for support and growth for your team. You will set clear goals and objectives for all reporting staff and be responsible for delivering sales targets across the show.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase overall numbers of exhibitors, exhibitor mix, stand sales, sponsorship inventory, yield, and sponsorship revenues.
- Review and manage the sales plan targets and budget.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the show and attract new exhibitors.
- Work closely with the Event Director to develop a campaign strategy and achieve sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- First-class problem-solving skills and ability to overcome objections during the sales process.
