Complaint Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Assessment and Resolution Team as a Complaint Resolution Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in resolving complaints from students and promoting a fair and transparent process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments of complaints and communicate decisions to students
- Promote early resolution of cases through negotiation with students, student representatives, and providers
- Conduct reviews of complaints and draft Complaint Outcomes
Requirements:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Recent experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
