About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Case Handler to join our Assessment and Resolution Team at NFP People LTD. As a Case Handler, you will play a critical role in conducting the initial assessment process for complaints and resolving disputes in a fair and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine whether complaints are eligible for review and communicate decisions to stakeholders;
- Promote early resolution of cases by contacting stakeholders and providers with a view to negotiating the early settlement of complaints;
- Conduct reviews of complaints, draft and issue dispute outcomes.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- A customer service focus;
- Strong and recent experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- A strong understanding of complaint handling and dispute resolution principles;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
