Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Relief Worker in Glasgow. This role involves providing practical and emotional support to individuals with diverse needs, empowering them to achieve their personal outcomes and improve their overall wellbeing.

About the Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will work closely with service users to identify and address their specific needs, promoting harm reduction approaches and fostering a sense of belonging in society. You will be responsible for providing individualised support, encouraging participation in meaningful activities, and facilitating connections with family, friends, and community networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs, focusing on safety, health, and wellbeing.
  • Develop and implement tailored support plans, working collaboratively with service users, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, upholding Turning Point Scotland's values of compassion, inclusion, and integrity.
Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £13.16 per hour, paid on a monthly basis. As a Relief Worker, you will also accrue entitlement to paid holidays and receive reimbursement for reasonable expenses incurred during work-related activities.
