About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Inclusive Culture Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

In this role, you will work closely with employers to develop inclusive cultures and improve the diversity of Scotland's workforce. You will deliver effective DEI interventions, provide coaching to young people with disabilities, and promote EDI training and interventions.

Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver training programmes that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • To coach young people with disabilities in the workplace
  • To build relationships with external partners and promote EDI training and interventions
