We aim to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities through our innovative services.

As a Support Worker at Enable, you will contribute to a supportive environment that empowers individuals like Jamie, who require unique care and attention. Your tasks might include assisting with daily routines, safe transfer techniques, and positive reinforcement strategies, while encouraging social connections and friendships.

Jamie enjoys various hobbies, including listening to music, playing musical instruments, and watching his favorite comedies. As his support worker, you will spend 4 hours per day accompanying him on community outings, helping him grow in independence and discussing topics he's passionate about.

Career Progression and Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, based on your level of experience.
