We are seeking a motivated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Care Coordinator for Children with Disabilities in Glasgow.

About the Role

This position involves providing tailored support to children and young people with complex medical conditions, ensuring their health needs are met and they have access to education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering tasks to support daily living, including tracheotomy care and suction, catheterisation, and individualised feeding programmes
  • Providing support for children who are oxygen dependent
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
