Commonwealth Dentistry is committed to delivering the highest quality of care in a compassionate and supportive atmosphere. We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Dentist to join our team, where you will work collaboratively with our experienced dental team to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program, and a current dental license in the state of practice. A strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children in a dental setting are also essential.

Our practice offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $240,000 - $300,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, disability insurance, flexible spending account, health insurance, health savings account, paid time off, and a referral program.

In this role, you will perform routine dental exams and diagnose issues, develop personalized treatment plans, and treat common pediatric dental conditions. You will also educate parents and children on effective oral hygiene practices and manage emotional and behavioral challenges associated with pediatric dental visits.
