Children with Disabilities Social Worker

We are currently recruiting for a skilled social worker to fill the role of Children with Disabilities Social Worker at iPeople Solutions in Somerset. This is a full-time position that comes with an estimated annual salary of £78,240 based on a 38-hour workweek.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with disabilities, as well as excellent assessment and planning skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining effective communication with families and professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers and other agencies to provide comprehensive support to our clients.
Requirements:
  • A recognized qualification in Social Work or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience working with children and young people with disabilities.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. You will also need to work efficiently under pressure, often with tight deadlines.
