Learning Disability Care Worker

About the RoleThis permanent, full-time position involves providing support to individuals with Autism, learning and physical disabilities, forensic, alcohol and drug-related brain injuries, and behaviors of concern. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, promoting emotional well-being, and supporting relationships with family and friends.
Your Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and managing finances.
- Provide emotional support and assistance with maintaining relationships with family and friends.
- A competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
- Continuous in-house training opportunities and chances to further your career in social care.
- Refer a Friend scheme - £150 reward for successfully referring a friend, family member, or colleague.
