About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will work with individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs, providing support with daily activities and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and household chores.
  • Encouraging individuals to participate in activities that promote their interests and well-being.
  • Working collaboratively with other professionals to ensure individuals receive comprehensive support.
What We Offer:
  • A salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per year.
  • Paid travel during shifts and 45p per mile fuel allowance.
