About the Opportunity:
">We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our care team in North Lanarkshire. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with complex disabilities in their own homes and local communities.
About the Job:
- Providing person-centred care and support to adults with complex disabilities, enabling them to live independently.
- Assisting with daily living routines, including personal care, dressing, medication, communication, and mealtimes support.
- Supporting with domestic tasks and money/utility bill management.
- Facilitating attendance at college, appointments, lunch visits with friends, or recreational activities.
Key Requirements:
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
- Must be able to work up to 37 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with sleepover shifts available.
- Must be able to travel to various locations in North Lanarkshire.
Career Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £23,266.00 per annum (£12.06 per hour) - dependent on qualifications.
- Nightshift premium rate of £12.66 - £12.97 per hour (dependent on qualifications).
