HR Generalist Coordinator

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join World Horse Welfare as a key member of the HR team.
This role will involve supporting the Head of HR with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, policy implementation, and staff guidance. Active experience in HR administration, formal investigations, report writing, and payroll administration is required.
The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A proactive and flexible approach to work is essential, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
The salary range for this position is approximately £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on experience. The role involves a mix of home-based and office work, with occasional travel to satellite locations.
