About the Job
As a Part-Time HR Assistant, you will be responsible for managing employee life cycles, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while also contributing to process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment process, create profiles, and manage starter information.
• HR System Updates: Update system records, produce ID cards, and ensure accuracy in reporting lines and employee information.
• Administrative Support: Assist the HR Team with tasks, check noticeboards, and coordinate events.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (estimated) and a chance to work with a prestigious client in Norfolk.
