Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our client, a reputable manufacturer based in Norwich. This is a full-time, permanent position Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the business with recruitment needs, including job description and advert creation, sourcing candidates, right to work checks, through to offer, onboarding and probationary review coordination.
  • Collate payroll data for accurate monthly payroll; ensure accuracy of placement within time and attendance data; complete audit/approval checks in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare all HR-related administration and coordination for employees, ensuring GDPR compliance of HR records held in line with legislation and local policy.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an HR Administrator or coordinator role, ideally within a manufacturing environment but not essential. Excellent IT skills - Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc) with Excel - VLOOKUP, SAP/Success Factors/ADP are desirable.

This role offers a competitive salary (£28,000-£35,000) depending on experience, plus benefits including up to 7% ER contribution to Salary Sacrifice Pension, 28 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays, subsidised vending machines, free onsite parking.
