An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Human Resources professional to join World Horse Welfare, an international horse charity. This newly created role supports the Head of Human Resources with day-to-day departmental tasks and provides guidance to managers and employees on policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative tasks and ensure efficient departmental operations.
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff at all levels.
- Enhance communication channels and build working relationships within the organization.
- Administer payroll and undertake formal investigations as required.
About You:
- Experience in HR administration is essential, with skills in report writing, subject access requests, and payroll administration.
- A proactive, confident, and organized individual with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to work, willing to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Capable of building strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
