  • We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, recruit, and retain top talent to drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Actively source candidates for roles including sales, mortgage advisors, case managers, and various managerial positions.
  • Candidate Management: Write and update compelling job specifications tailored to attract the best talent, conduct candidate sifting, screening, and initial interviews, and arrange and participate in the interview process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs, provide regular updates on recruitment progress, and advise on market trends.
  • Onboarding Support: Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires, including managing pre-employment checks and first-day activities.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Metrics: Develop strategies to meet headcount targets in line with the company's growth plans, monitor and control recruitment budgets, and use data and analytics to refine processes and improve hiring efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles, particularly in sales and financial services sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
