The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience with MS Office, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint. They should be flexible, approachable, and possess a 'can-do' attitude. The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Book and manage meeting rooms, ensuring seamless execution of client meetings and internal team discussions.
    • Coordinate logistics, including catering, equipment setup, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Front-of-House Support:
    • Welcome clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
    • Respond to calls, take messages, and redirect calls to relevant team members or departments.
  • Wealth Management Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the investment team, including diary management, expense preparation, and errands.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience in using similar software applications.
