Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Epsom Office Assistant to join their team in Epsom. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic and supportive environment, where no two days are ever the same.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Wealth Management Team, including meeting coordination, front-of-house duties, and general office administration. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as diary management, expense preparation, and data entry.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience with MS Office, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint. They should be flexible, approachable, and possess a 'can-do' attitude. The salary for this role is approximately £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination:
    • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to the business.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
  • Front-of-House Support:
    • Welcome clients and guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
    • Respond to calls, take messages, and redirect calls to relevant team members or departments.
  • Wealth Management Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the investment team, including diary management, expense preparation, and errands.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint, with experience in using similar software applications.
