Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Retirement Living Operations Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retirement developments, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the maintenance of our properties.

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a leading provider of retirement living solutions, with over 200 developments nationally and a commitment to delivering high-quality services to our customers.
Your Role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement developments, including coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner;
- Providing exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner;
- Working closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and meet our high standards;
- Coordinating events and activities for our residents, such as exercise classes, social events, and community meetings;
- Collaborating with our sales team to promote our developments and attract new residents;
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including resident information, maintenance schedules, and financial data.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external partners;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours;
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
