Technical Expertise Required
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Sector Engineer to lead the development of advanced materials and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will have significant experience in composites manufacturing, including process development, tool definition, test demonstrators, technology application, DFM, and use of manufacturing engineering toolkits. They will also be proficient in RTM/infusion processes for epoxy and carbon fiber composites and have experience within the digital engineering space and good understanding of chemistry, materials, automation, and systems engineering.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on advanced materials and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers, and engineers across all aspects of a project
- Develop and implement process automation and large / full scale development projects
- Ensure high levels of technical excellence and govern cross-capability, collaborative and directed, R&D projects
