Your Role

We are seeking a Technical Trainer to create and deliver engaging training courses on composites, manufacturing, and materials engineering. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing bespoke courses, maintaining training materials and facilities, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts at the NCC.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and deliver high-quality technical training content on composites, manufacturing, and materials engineering.
  2. Maintain and update training materials and facilities to ensure they meet customer needs.
  3. Create bespoke courses in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts at the NCC.
  4. Deliver training courses at customer sites, including overnight stays as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent composites manufacturing, assembly, and repair skills.
  • Knowledge of composite design and sustainability skills are also highly desirable.
  • Experience in at least one composite sector or strong knowledge across multiple sectors.
  • Ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and generally comfortable with using IT.
