The National Composites Centre is a world-leading research and development centre, dedicated to bringing novel and innovative solutions to industry. As a Composites Manufacturing Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation projects and providing technical direction on software architecture and tool development.

You will join our dynamic Automation and Digital Systems team, working closely with process experts to optimise complex manufacturing workflows and bridge the gap between traditional technical manufacturing expertise and practical digital solution implementation skills. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of novel and innovative solutions for industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in software development, preferably with programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript. Additionally, they should possess strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience in collaborative version control and delivery of software projects.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as hybrid and flexible working arrangements, annual salary reviews, company-paid private medical insurance, and up to 12.5% employer pension contribution.
