About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to take on a leadership role and drive strategic sector ambitions. As a Composite Materials Specialist Leader, you will be responsible for establishing industrial technology partnerships and driving innovation in aerospace engineering.

  • Providing technical leadership for major projects and programmes.
  • Coaching and mentoring engineers involved in these programmes.
Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience as a technical leader, with a record of ensuring high technical standards and governance in work packages/programmes of work. You will also have experience of composite materials, technology application, and manufacturing processes.

In addition, you will have established relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, or the supply chain. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
