About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Composites Development Lead who can drive innovation and growth in our organisation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new composites materials and manufacturing processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include:
