National Composites Industry Manager

The National Composites Centre (NCC) is seeking a highly skilled National Composites Industry Manager to lead its national workforce strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and contribute to its success.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading teams and developing strategies that drive business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the workforce strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across the organisation to identify and address skill gaps, and developing training programmes to enhance the skills of the workforce.

This role offers a competitive salary of £100,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and generous holiday allowance.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or human resources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
