About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Composites Manufacturing Engineer to join our Automation and Digital Systems team. As a key member of our team, you will work on delivering digital transformation projects, providing technical direction on software architecture and tool development, and supporting the development of digital twins.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on developing digital twins, creating virtual replicas of physical products, manufacturing systems, and processes
  • Support the development of digital infrastructure deployments
  • Collaborate with process experts to optimise complex manufacturing workflows

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in software development
  • Experience of working in a team to deliver software projects, collaborative version control etc.
  • Experience with robotics and/or machine building
  • Understanding of Systems Engineering
  • Awareness of any of the following fields would be of interest: Frontend/Backend Web Development, CI/CD, Machine Vision, PLC programming, Robotics/Automation, Database management, Manufacturing environments, Data Science/ML/AI
