Senior Children's Services Manager

As a Senior Children's Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a residential children's care home and leading a team of dedicated care professionals.
This role encompasses strategic planning, resource management, quality assurance, and compliance with relevant regulations and procedures. You will be based in Kings Lynn and work full-time, Monday to Friday, covering 37 hours per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Directing the operations of a residential children's care home focused on disability services.
- Leading and supporting a team of dedicated care professionals, guiding them from recruitment through ongoing growth and development.
- Supervising and upholding exemplary childcare practices.
- Ensuring staff deliver positive, sensitive care to children and young people in the home.
- Effectively overseeing physical and financial resources as well as personnel.
- Guaranteeing high standards of service quality and adherence to relevant regulations and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum Childcare-related Diploma at Level 3.
- Significant experience in supervision/management roles working with children with complex requirements in residential establishments.
- Experience working with children who have experienced trauma and disrupted attachments.
- A full UK driving licence to meet travel requirements.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £42,000 - £45,250 depending on experience and qualifications.
