Senior Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Vets Now King's Lynn. As a leader and mentor, you will be responsible for supporting the clinical development of your vet team, evaluating their training needs, and developing retention strategies.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a varied caseload, handling a wide range of cases that go beyond general practice. You will have the chance to shape the future of Emergency and Critical Care, working alongside your vet team to continuously improve the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting vet team members in their clinical development and evaluating their training needs
  • Developing retention strategies to improve staff satisfaction and performance
  • Working on clinical development opportunities and implementing new ideas to enhance the clinic
