Role Summary

You will be responsible for supporting senior management across the full breadth of the centre, encompassing Bowling Lanes, Children's Soft Play, Bar & Diner, American Pool, and Amusement Arcade.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, staff, and customers, and serving as a role model for the team by inspiring and motivating them to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

As a key member of the management team, you will be expected to:

  • Coach and mentor the team, supporting them in achieving their targets and personal development goals.
  • Be a hands-on manager, leading by example and ensuring that customers receive a great experience.
  • Drive sales and marketing initiatives with the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager to develop local marketing activities.
  • Maintain excellent attention to detail to enhance the customer experience and create lasting memories.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Sociability, an outgoing personality, and enthusiasm for a hands-on approach.
  • An understanding of a leisure or hospitality operation.
  • Flexibility to work late nights and weekends.
  • Ambition for success.
