About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at AMCI. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating the staffing requirements for our events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Freelance Community: Build strong relationships with our freelance community, obtaining availability, confirming bookings, and providing detailed briefs for each event.
  • Process Bookings: Utilize our bespoke CRM system to process all bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain up-to-date project documentation, ensuring live information is readily available.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers: Work closely with project managers to advise on the best skills and knowledge required for each event.
  • Right of Work and Compliance: Ensure all necessary documentation, including right of work and license checks, is up to date and obtained in a timely manner.
  • Interviews and Onboarding: Conduct face-to-face and virtual interviews with prospective new freelancers, assessing their suitability for our community.
  • Event Attendance: Occasionally attend events to ensure seamless execution and provide support as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with the Head of Talent to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and excellence.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
  • Initiative and Motivation: Desire to take ownership of responsibilities and drive process improvements.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience working within a temps agency or similar environment is preferred but not essential.
