**Job Title: Customer Services Coordinator**

**Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 p.a.**

This is a fabulous role working with the healthcare sector, ideally suited to someone who has excellent organisational skills and is able to multi-task within a busy role. Within this role you will work closely with the Management Team to ensure that all care calls are correctly scheduled and the internal rota system in kept up to date.

This is an ever changing environment so we are looking for an individual that works at pace, manages change and has a logístical and organised mindset.

Ideally for this role you will have worked within a fast paced office role that has involved lots of people interaction, customer services skills and scheduling of work to staff.

**As a Customer Services Coordinator this role will involve**:

- Coordinating with staff to ensure that their rotas are up to date
- Liaising with internal colleagues to ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a professional manner
- Updating the recruitment Team to ensure that sufficient carer staffing levels are in place
- Competently scheduling care calls and managing timings and mileage
- Managing staff holiday requests, appointments and availability
- Ensuring that all business policies are adhered to and that all personnel

**About You**:

- Ideally previous experience working in a people related sector and working within an administrative/systems update role
- Can confidently converse with all members of the team
- Be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues
- Develop and maintain high standards of care by ensuring policy and procedures are followed
- Caring, kind and has an ability to work well under pressure
- Can work to deadlines and enjoys a challenge
- A multi-tasker who can work well alone on projects and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
