**Job Description**:
Looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client based in Banbury, Oxfordshire is looking for an Order Processor/Customer Service Person to join our team
As our Order Processor/Customer Service Person, you will be responsible for processing and managing customer orders, ensuring that they are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. You will also be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work well under pressure, multitask effectively, and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities: -Process and manage customer orders -Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service -Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment -Coordinate with other teams to resolve any order or customer issues
Qualifications: -Highly organised with excellent attention to detail -Strong communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively -Previous experience in customer service or order processing preferred
Based in our clients Banbury based office, the working hours will be 8.30 - 5pm Monday to Friday.
