**Type: Full-time, Permanent**
**Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service support to clients following the successful securing of new business by our clients Sales team.- Address customer enquiries, questions, and order changes promptly and effectively.-
- Utilise strong PC skills and previous administrative experience to manage customer accounts and orders efficiently.- Thrive in a busy office environment, adapting to ever-changing dynamics and maintaining composure during peak periods.**Requirements**:

- Proactive attitude with a dedication to delivering excellent customer service.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.-
- Strong PC skills and previous administrative experience.- Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.- Capacity to work effectively in a busy and sometimes louder office setting.**Benefits**:
