About the Role:

As Director of Nuclear Education Programs at Henry Blue, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational management, delivery, and compliance of the Sellafield Apprenticeship contract. This senior leadership role plays a critical part in ensuring that training programs focused on nuclear skills are delivered effectively and meet all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Curriculum & Apprenticeships STEM and other senior leadership team members to drive and implement the college's strategic objectives.

This position requires a leader experienced in managing training programs within the nuclear industry who can work collaboratively across various departments to ensure successful execution of educational initiatives.

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
