We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Compliance Officer (OCO) to join our team at the National Nuclear Laboratory. As an OCO, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulations and site licence conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor change and lead on incident and event management.
  • Assess the impact and coordination of activities required to achieve compliance.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the company's continued compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • Compliance professional, educated to degree level, with extensive practical and relevant experience in a compliance role.
  • Holds IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent as a minimum qualification.
  • Able to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
  • Able to influence and negotiate with NNL employees and external stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including sector-leading family-focused policies, attractive pension plans, and excellent development opportunities.
