Job DescriptionMetallurgist - Nuclear Energy Division
Nuclear Development is a leading organization in the field of nuclear energy research and development. We are seeking an experienced Metallurgist to join our team of experts in the Nuclear Energy Division. As a Metallurgist, you will be responsible for conducting research and development activities related to nuclear fuel cycles and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement new methods for producing high-quality metallographic samples.
  • Collaborate with other researchers to develop novel techniques for analyzing nuclear materials.
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate the properties of nuclear fuels and materials.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on experimental results.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in workshops and conferences to present research findings and learn from others in the field.

Estimated salary: £48,000 per annum.
