Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ethero. As the first point of contact for clients and engineers, you will be responsible for managing the daily activity report, recording, and consulting with the site manager by telephone/email and forwarding on reports. You will also be responsible for checking and authorizing invoices, dealing with day-to-day calls and queries, organizing the engineers' diaries on a daily basis, and maintaining stock control, including checking in deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for data entry and assisting the Office Manager with other administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and engineers
  • Manage the daily activity report, record, and consult with the site manager
  • Check and authorize invoices
  • Deal with day-to-day calls and queries
  • Organize the engineers' diaries on a daily basis
  • Maintain stock control, including checking in deliveries
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Assist the Office Manager with other administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Proven attention to detail
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office ability
  • Good understanding of UK geography
