Job Title: Community Health Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Health Specialist to join our team at Coyle Personnel. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to service users in their homes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of physical health needs
- Provide professional nursing assessments to support commissioning processes
- Maintain high standards of nursing care, including clinical procedures, treatments, and drug administration
- Experience working in community nursing/district nursing teams
- Access to a car
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
