About the Job

Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust is looking for a Children and Young People Support Professional to work in our MASH function. This role involves working autonomously with children and young people, managing complex information, and contributing to multi-agency decision-making.

Main Duties
  1. Analyse health information in relation to risk of significant harm to contribute to multi-agency decision-making.
  2. Collate and review data to support the development of understanding of the Health MASH workload.
  3. Facilitate interpretation of health information in relation to safeguarding risks within own scope of practice.
Person Specification
  • Relevant post-qualification experience working in specialist practitioner roles.
  • Experience of working autonomously in their role working with children and young people.
  • Relevant experience of safeguarding children.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
