As the successful candidate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Care Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that cater to the unique needs of each child, encompassing their emotional, educational, social, therapeutic, and cultural requirements.
  2. Placement Plan Review: Regularly reviewing and updating the placement plan to ensure it remains effective and aligned with the child's evolving needs.
  3. Key Worker Allocation: Designating a Key Worker responsible for implementing the care plan and providing individualized support to each child.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement: Building strong relationships with parents, carers, and other professionals involved in the child's support network.
  5. Financial Management: Effectively managing budgets to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
