About the Role:

Dove Adolescent Services is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing flexible, individual residential care packages for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the welfare and safety of our young people
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our young people
  • Encourage the development of individual interests and skills
  • Participate in activities and ensure a welcoming environment for our young people

Requirements:

  • Experience supporting vulnerable young people (desired but not essential)
  • Commitment to the role, including some weekends and bank holidays
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
