Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker at Dove Adolescent Services, you will be responsible for creating a homely environment for young people in our care. This includes completing key domestic duties on a day-to-day basis and encouraging the development of individual interests and attitudes through planning and participating in activities.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Level Diploma in Residential Childcare or Equivalent, as well as experience of supporting young people who may be vulnerable. You will also need to be capable of working on your own initiative to a high level of accuracy, maintain clear, neat records, and have good inter-personal skills and a positive team player attitude.
